ORDERS

New library customers will have an account opened for them on receipt of their first order. Where possible, we ask that orders contain the following bibliographic details:

ISBN, Title, Author, Publisher, Binding, Edition

If you cannot locate all of these details, our expert staff will always perform their own bibliographic check before continuing with your order.
Orders can be sent to us online, (once logged into the e-commerce website), by email, post, telephone, fax, or via one of our visiting sales representatives.

Reports on items which are not in print, or out of stock, are sent to customers so that they will always know the status of their orders. A complete order listing, as well as statistical details on past orders, can be produced if required.

BOOKS ON APPROVAL

To make life easier for the busy Children’s Librarian, we offer an on-approval book delivery service. Brand new publications, both paperbacks and hardbacks, can be sent to your library monthly. Select the ones you want to purchase and return the rest with no freight charges. An efficient way to ensure that you receive brand new titles from all the major authors and publishers.
